William Harper, executive director of the AIDS Service Association of Pinellas (ASAP) has been named ’15 of the Most Remarkable People in 2015′ by Watermark Media. Harper has been with ASAP since 1996 when he joined as a case manager. He has been executive director since 2007. Under his leadership the HIV-focused organization has grown its services and programs available to the Tampa Bay area.
